As a Research Executive, you will manage research projects from initial client briefs to final reporting. Working under the guidance of the Research Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of research projects.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Management:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and proposals.<br \/>\n&#8211; Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines.<br \/>\n&#8211; Work closely with the Research Manager to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.<br \/>\n&#8211; Prepare comprehensive reports based on research findings to deliver the projects\u2019 objectives under the support of the Research Manager.<\/p>\n<ul>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<li>Team Management and Training:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Assist the line manager in managing and coordinating the research team.<br \/>\n&#8211; Support the training and development of junior team members, providing guidance and mentoring as needed.<br \/>\n&#8211; Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<li>Communication with Internal Teams:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Collaborate with various departments such as fieldwork, quality check, EDP, DP, etc.<br \/>\n&#8211; Coordinate with the fieldwork team to ensure smooth data collection and resolve any issues.<br \/>\n&#8211; Work closely with the EDP and DP departments to ensure timely and accurate data processing and analysis.<\/p>\n<ul>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<li>Communication with Clients:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Act as the main point of contact for clients daily.<br \/>\n&#8211; Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address queries, and provide project updates.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and promptly resolving issues or concerns.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Experience required<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; Have at least two years of experience in a market research field and at least six months of quantitative research executive experience.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Basic knowledge of SQL<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Previous experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Detailed and result oriented.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Proficiency in research methods, statistical analysis and data visualisation techniques.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Strong at self-learning and developing.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Strong time management skills.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Languages required<\/h4>\n<p>Good at both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Benefit<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; Salary: Negotiable<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 100% salary amount in probation time<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Working time: 8h30 &#8211; 17h30 from Mon to Friday<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2 reward day on Friday per month<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Health care package and accident<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pantry, caf\u00e9, refrigerator, microwave oven<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Yoga class every week<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 15 annual leave per year<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; SHUI as law<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Proactive and professional environment working<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Trainning and development<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>How to apply<\/h4>\n<p>Please send your cv via email to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@staging.cimigo.com\">hr@staging.cimigo.com<\/a>, or upload your CV via our website.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About us Cimigo is an independent research and consulting firm employing over 300 research professionals and operating throughout Asia Pacific.
