Position title: Research Trainee

Reports to: Account Manager/Team Leader

About the job

To support a research team in designing, managing, and delivering projects for Cimigo’s clients with the highest standards in a timely and professional manner.

– Designing a recruitment questionnaire
– Translating any stimuli into the local language with the correct context
– Designing the main questionnaire with support from the Account Manager
– Preparation of stimulus materials, including show cards, concept boards, mood boards, etc.
– Completing content analysis
– Inter-departmental project-related communications
– Conducting management and interviewer briefings
– Part presenting at de-brief.

Competencies required

We believe that you will enjoy and be fulfilled by this role if you:

– University Graduate or 4th-year university, majoring in Business Statistics, Marketing or a related field
– Good language skills, both English and Vietnamese
– Good at Excel and PowerPoint. SPSS is a plus
– Achievement-oriented, well-organized, and gook analytical skills
– High sense of confidentiality
– Ability to work independently as well as within a team
– Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5h30 pm
